Reader email goes to editor@yachtsforkings.com. We respond to factual corrections within five working days, to press inquiries within three working days, and to partnership proposals within ten working days. We do not publish a phone number. The site has been live since February 2026 and we answer roughly 60 reader emails a week, which is the right number for a single working editor.
The right address for what
editor@yachtsforkings.com. Factual corrections, reader experience reports (positive or negative), tips on yachts we should review, suggestions on destination coverage, and complaints about anything we have written. The editor reads every email at this address. Reply expected within five working days. If you have chartered, bought, or considered a yacht we cover and we got something wrong, this is the address.
press@yachtsforkings.com. Journalist inquiries, comment requests, interview requests with the editor, and requests for the press kit. The press page carries the kit, bios, logo files, and previous press coverage. Reply within three working days during the working week.
partners@yachtsforkings.com. Brokers, shipyards, builders, tourism boards, crew agencies, and platforms with commercial proposals. This is where rate cards are discussed and where referral and affiliate agreements are negotiated. The editor is not on this address. Reply within ten working days because partnerships take longer to evaluate than corrections.
legal@yachtsforkings.com. Take-down requests, defamation claims, GDPR or CCPA data requests, and trademark notices. Reply within five working days. Take-down requests that name a specific factual error get the fastest route. Take-down requests that name no specific factual error and demand removal on tone grounds get a copy of our editorial standards page and no further action.
What we respond to, and what we do not
We respond to factual corrections with documentation. If you tell us a yacht's refit was 2022, not 2023, attach the survey or the yard invoice and we will correct the page within five working days, dated, with the correction footnoted on the page.
We respond to captain changes, refit completions, generator overhauls, classification updates, and ownership changes when the new fact is documented. Owners and management companies often want a faster update than five working days. Five working days is the timeline.
We respond to good-faith reader experience reports. If you chartered a yacht we recommended and the experience was materially worse than the page implied, we want to know. We have downgraded three yachts in 2026 on the basis of reader-reported experience, after verifying the report with the broker and the captain.
We do not respond to ranking-change requests from brokers, shipyards, owners, or management companies. The rankings are editorial. The route to a better ranking is to deliver better service or a better yacht, and to wait for the next review cycle. The route is not an email to the editor.
We do not respond to demands to remove a "passed on" entry from a best-of guide on grounds other than factual error. A yacht we passed on stays passed on until the underlying issue is documented as resolved.
We do not respond to PR pitches that read as press release forwards with no story angle. We do read the press releases. We do not reply to most of them.
We do not respond to legal threats sent through anyone other than the legal address. A solicitor email to the editor address gets forwarded and held until business hours.
Corrections process
Every published correction follows the same format. The corrected text is rewritten in place. A line is added at the bottom of the page reading "Updated YYYY-MM-DD: [one-sentence summary of the correction]." The original text is preserved in our internal change log, retained for 24 months, available on request to the affected party.
Material corrections (defined as a fact change that would have changed the editorial verdict) get an additional notice at the top of the affected page for 30 days following the correction. Six corrections have hit this bar since the site launched. They are listed below.

Mailing address
Yachts For Kings does not maintain a publicly listed mailing address. For legal service, the registered address is published on the legal address page by request to legal@yachtsforkings.com. The publisher is based in Florida. The editorial work is done remotely.
Why no phone
We are a two-person editorial operation with a network of contributors. Phone support is a service we cannot honor consistently and we do not pretend to offer it. Email gets answered. Phone calls would get missed. The reader is better served by a five-working-day email response than by a voicemail that never gets returned.
Working hours
Editorial replies are sent Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm Eastern, with a one-hour overlap into European working hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays for European broker contacts. We do not reply on Saturdays. We reply on Sundays only in the case of a live yacht incident affecting reader safety.
One thing that will speed your email
Put the URL of the affected page in the subject line, in the format the site uses ("/charter/saint-tropez/" or "/yachts/mischief/"). Editorial routes faster by URL than by yacht name. Where the page does not yet exist on the site, name the yacht with full M/Y or S/Y prefix and the builder. "M/Y [name], built [yard] [year]" is enough.
